Project Summary

The first new theatre to be built in London for over 30 years. The St. James Theatre is a luxury destination complete with 330 seat theatre, bar, restaurant and a separate intimate Studio. The feature of the ground floor is a sculptured solid marble staircase designed by Mark Humphries. This was created in Pisa, Italy, transported to the UK then re-built on site by the same Italian craftsmen. Above the St. James Theatre, Twelve Palace Street comprise 35 luxury prime London residences. The apartments range from 1 bed to 4 bed together with car parking and concierge facilities and are all within a brand new eight storey Portland stone clad building.
